Where services are available

Services are available only to residents of Delaware, Colorado, Washington and New Jersey, and are delivered entirely by telehealth.

Fees and payment

• This is a cash pay practice and does not bill insurance. A superbill can be provided for you to submit yourself.
• Laboratories bill you directly for lab work. Those charges are not included in the practice's fees.
• Medication, where prescribed, is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy that bills you directly.
• Supplements ordered through Fullscript are paid for to Fullscript directly.
• Current fees are listed on the Services page.

Booking, cancellations and refunds
