Every service below is delivered by telehealth to patients in Delaware, Colorado, Washington and New Jersey. Laboratory charges are billed to you directly by the laboratory and are not included in these fees.

Most places prescribing GLP-1 medication online will take your money, send a prescription and leave you to it. That is how people end up losing muscle instead of fat, or stopping early because the side effects were never managed.
Here it sits inside your metabolic picture. Screened properly before starting, monitored while you are on it, and adjusted as your labs and symptoms change.
Screened before anything is prescribed
Full history, contraindications and baseline labs. Not everyone is a candidate, and you will be told honestly if you are not.
Protein and muscle protected
Appetite suppression without a nutrition plan costs you lean mass. That is planned for from day one, not after the fact.
Side effects managed as they happen
Nausea, constipation and dosing problems are the usual reason people quit. You have someone to bring them to.
A plan for coming off it
The point is not to need it forever. Where it is appropriate to taper, that is discussed before you ever start.
Medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and billed to you by them directly. Fees here cover clinical evaluation and ongoing supervision only.
What these fees do not cover
- Laboratory charges.Laboratories bill you directly and their charges vary by panel. You will know what is being ordered before anything is run.
- Supplements.Where one is warranted you can order it through the Fullscript dispensary and pay Fullscript directly.
- Medication.Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, which bills you directly.
- Insurance.This is a cash pay practice. A superbill can be provided for you to submit yourself.

Only for a blood draw, at a collection site near you, and some panels can be collected at home. Every appointment itself is virtual.
